THANK YOU FOR VISITING THIS SITE DEDICATED TO THE OBSERVATION OF HOW
PEOPLE PERCEIVE THEIR WORLD.
Most of my life has been spent involved in the art world. One would think that artists would be more adept than
the general public in interpreting the world with more sensitivity, or at least with a more open mind. My
observations both in and out of the art world have revealed that artists "filter" their perceptions through their own
narrrow and tiny perspective, just like everone else.

Originally from North Carolina, I now live in Philadelphia, having graduated from The Pennsylvanina
Academy of The Fine Arts. My works have been exhibited in many important venues including 10 one-
person shows. Included in these and 30 juried exhibitions are the following. Benjamin Mangel Gallery,
The Moore College of Art, Villanova University, Muse Gallery, The Philadelphia Art Alliance, The Print
Center, St. Joseph's University, The Center for The Arts in Southern New Jersey, The Main Line Center
For The Arts. In 1999 Robert Asman and I shared a two person exhibition at West Chester University,
opening the season at that Universitys Fine Arts Center.

Recently I have started a series of photographs of the homeless. The "artistry" is
deliberately minimized in these in order to let the images speak for themselves.
